Just in time for Mother’s Day, I’ve launched my new project: BestMomAward.com! It’s absolutely free to nominate someone for the award and to receive it! The idea started on Cutest Kid Ever, and I realized it had much greater potential.
Maybe you want to email the link to your mom or wife for Mother’s Day. Or maybe a mom you know is having a rough day with the kids and could use a pick-me-up. (That was how it all started – sending the award link to moms on Twitter, and having them thank me for brightening their day a little bit!) Or maybe you’ve had a bad day and think you deserve a little recognition for yourself. You can claim the award in your own name, too.
It’s cute. It’s free. And you can make it more substantial by ordering merchandise from Zazzle, too. (Or for you affiliate marketers, maybe you want to promote the merchandise on your own site that targets a mom demographic.) It’s probably too late to order cards, magnets, and mouse pads for Mother’s Day, but maybe your mom’s birthday is coming up. (My mom’s birthday is tomorrow. Happy birthday, Mom!)
